Setup
We get your ledger initialized, accounts connected, and systems built. New game, fresh save file.
What's included:
- Chart of accounts setup tailored to your income sources
- Bank and credit card connections
- Software configuration and customization
- Beginning balances imported and verified
What we need from you:
- Access to your bank and credit card accounts (read only)
- Accountant access to your current ledger (we will never ask for your login)
- Any existing bookkeeping records
Timeline: Typically 1-2 weeks depending on how clean your starting point is.
Monthlies
Monthly loot reports showing where your gold is going. Clear, readable, no spreadsheet headaches.
What's included:
- Monthly transaction reconciliation
- Categorized income and expense reports
- Profit and loss summary in plain language (RPG themed version available on request)
- End-of-month review with notes on anything unusual
What we need from you:
- Transactions flowing through connected accounts
- Access to your bank and credit card accounts (read only)
- Accountant access to your current ledger (we will never ask for your login)
Timeline: Reports delivered within 5 day/night cycles after month end close.
I need healz
Your ledger took critical damage. We cast the healing spells, reconcile transactions, clean up errors, and get you back in the game.
What's included:
- Full reconciliation of all accounts
- Duplicate transaction removal
- Miscategorized transaction corrections
- Error resolution and documentation cleanup
What we need from you:
- Access to all accounts for the period being cleaned up (read only)
- Any context on unusual transactions or missing records
- Patience, this one takes longer depending on the damage
Timeline: Varies based on scope. We'll assess and give you an estimate before we start. The largest time sink here is not having all player docs available. If you have high communication and organization stats this process will go faster.
