What kind of player are we looking for?
Indie game devs building worlds and streamers grinding for every sub. If you're self-employed, running a small solo studio, or pulling revenue from multiple platforms, you fit our party composition.
Can you work with my LLC/S-Corp/multiple business entities?
Yes. As long as there's an entity generating income, we can work with it. Multiple entities mean multiple ledgers, but we've handled complex setups before. Drop us a DM and we'll figure out the best configuration.
What if my books are a complete mess?
We've seen worse than messy. If you need healing spells, head to the I Need Healz Quests page. We'll reconcile what we can, clean up errors, and get you back in the game without judgment.
Quest Line
What exactly do you handle?
Core services include Setup (ledger initialization), Monthlies (monthly loot reports showing where gold flows), and Healing (cleaning up damaged ledgers). Expansions cover Bounties (accounts receivable), Upkeep (accounts payable), Loot Split (payroll), and Stash (inventory tracking). Pick your quest and expand as needed.
Can I add services later?
Absolutely. Most players start with Setup or Monthlies then unlock expansions once the main quest runs smooth. Just DM us and we'll adjust the party roster.
Do you do taxes or filings?
No. We handle bookkeeping only. Think of us as your quartermaster managing supplies while accountants handle the official guild filings. We'll keep your books audit-ready so your accountant has clean numbers when tax season hits. And if you need an accountant we have partners we normally work with.
Loadout
What software do you use?
We work with QuickBooks Online and Odoo Accounting. Free-tier accounting software works too. If you're tracking everything in spreadsheets, that counts as a valid save file even if it needs some reconciliation spells.
What do I need to set up?
Just the basics: a bookkeeping platform account, read-only bank access, and permission to view invoices. We'll walk you through each step during Setup. No complicated integrations required.
What if I'm already using something not on your list?
DM us first. We might know a workaround or have recommendations for migration. Some platforms play nice together and some don't. Either way, we'll let you know before you commit.
Permissions
How do I give you access?
Read-only permissions only. You'll grant accountant-level access within your accounting platform. We never ask for login credentials. Never will. Your password stays yours.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives in your own accounts, encrypted behind your login. We operate with minimal necessary permissions and zero access to sensitive info like credit cards or passwords. Full transparency on where everything goes.
Can I revoke access anytime?
Yes. Anytime. We'll remove ourselves immediately upon request. No lock-in, no penalties. You can leave the guild whenever you want.
Pricing & loot
How much does it cost?
Your world is unique and deserves a unique loot management strategy. We don't use cookie cutter builds. Send us a DM and we can put together a quote for your world free of charge.
When do I pay?
First of the month. Invoice lands on the first and work for that month begins immediately. Payable via bank transfer or card.
Are there hidden fees?
None. What we quote is what you pay plain and simple.

How long does Setup take?
Five day-night cycles on average. Depends on how organized your current ledger is. High communication stats speed things up significantly.
When can I expect my first monthly report?
Reports land in the first week of each month. You'll receive P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow summaries plus notes on anything requiring attention.
What if I need something urgent?
DM us on Discord. We prioritize critical issues like broken reconciliations or upcoming filing deadlines. Response time usually falls under 24 hours.
